The Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) help employers to make safe recruitment decisions and prevents unsuitable people from working with vulnerable groups, including children.

The school can apply for a DBS on your behalf. In order for us to do so, please complete the information below.

Once we have applied for your DBS, you will receive an email to provide additional identification information in order for the application to be processed.

Please contact the School Business Manager, Mrs Steele, to arrange for your identification to be verified. This should include 3 forms of ID, including photographic ID (e.g. passport or driving licence) and a recent bill confirming your address.
