Please select the sports clubs your child is interested in attending below. Children will be allocated one club, on a first-come-first serve basis in order of preference. A second club will only be allocated if spaces remain after as many children as possible have a space.

For dodgeball, 10 places will be allocated to each year group to ensure an even distribution.
