To support writing in class we use the following assessment grids and spelling lists.

Please find attached the year 5 writing grid, which shows all the writing objectives for year 5.

The year 5/6 statutory spelling list is also attached below.

PE

Children should come into school in their PE kits when they have PE and/or swimming. These lessons will start from 8th September 2025 : 

Cedar : PE on Monday and Tuesday

Beech : PE on Monday and swimming on Friday

Rowan : PE on Wednesday and Friday
