Home School Link Worker
Our Home School Link Worker (HSLW), Mrs Halladay, has now left the Junior School. We have appointed another who will be starting in January 2019. She is able to provide child and family support by helping to find resources, signposting and helping with referrals to other agencies. This role liaises closely with teachers and other external professionals such as speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, G.Ps etc. The HSLW will coordinate and attend multi-agency meetings on behalf of our school and families. In addition, she can guide and advocate for parents on behavioural issues and welfare as well as promoting the emotional wellbeing of our children.
